Most people know oats as a breakfast bowl. Ground into a flour, the same grain quietly upgrades your roti. Our Oats Atta is stone-ground and milled only after you place your order, so the beta-glucan fibre and that soft, creamy character reach your kitchen alive. No chemicals, no additives, nothing sitting on a shelf for months.

Why families switch to oats atta

  • Beta-glucan fibre. Oats are the best-known source of soluble beta-glucan, long associated with supporting healthy cholesterol. More on gut health
  • Keeps you full. Slow-digesting fibre means fewer mid-morning raids on the biscuit tin.
  • Low GI, steady energy. A sensible everyday choice when you are watching your blood sugar. See our diabetes picks
  • Soft, mild and versatile. Oat flour is gentle in flavour, so it blends into rotis, pancakes and bakes without taking over.

Our nutritionist Dr. Anju suggests blending oats atta at 30% with your usual atta for softer, higher-fibre rotis. Oats are naturally gluten free, but if you are celiac, please note they are commonly milled alongside wheat.

How to use it

Soft rotis and parathas, oats cheela and dosa batters, pancakes, cookies, muffins and healthy bakes. Oat flour has no gluten of its own, so knead with warm water or mix 50:50 with wheat atta for easier rolling.

Frequently asked questions about oats atta

Is oats atta gluten free?
Oats do not contain gluten themselves, but they are commonly grown and milled alongside wheat. If you are celiac, choose a certified gluten-free oat flour or try our jowar, ragi or multi millet atta.

Is oats atta good for weight loss?
It is high in fibre and keeps you full for longer, which helps with portion control as part of a balanced diet.

Can I make roti with 100% oats atta?
You can, but the dough needs warm water and a rest. A 50:50 oats and wheat mix is easier and still gives you the fibre.

What else can I make with it?
Cheela, pancakes, cookies, muffins and thickening for soups and porridge.

How should I store oats atta?
Airtight, cool and dry, used within a few weeks. There are no preservatives, so freshness matters.
