At 10on10Foods, we strive to deliver the freshest products to your doorstep in a timely manner.

Shipping Locations:
We currently offer shipping across select regions in India. Please enter your postal code at checkout to confirm delivery availability in your area.

Delivery Time:

Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be delivered within 2 hours of the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day. Depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location. We offer free shipping on orders over a specific value (as applicable during promotions).

Order Tracking:
Once shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email to monitor delivery progress.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Here’s how cancellations work at 10on10Foods:

Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hours of placing them, as we begin processing quickly to maintain freshness. To cancel, please contact us immediately at feedback@10on10foods.com.

After 1 Hour:
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Incorrect Orders:
If you receive the wrong item or have any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right!
