Most Indian homes already eat protein three times a day, it just arrives as dal, as chana, as a spoon of besan in the batter. We built this atta the same way. Sharbati wheat with soya and chana stone-milled straight into it, so the protein comes from food you already trust and not from a scoop of powder. Milled only after you order.

Milled fresh after you order

We do not keep this atta sitting in a warehouse. Your order is what tells our chakki to start.

  • Sharbati wheat, soya and chana are cleaned and blended, then stone-milled together on a traditional chakki
  • Stone-milling runs slow and cool, so the grain is not scorched the way high-speed roller milling can be
  • Nothing goes in afterwards. No maida, no bleaching agent, no preservative, no anti-caking powder
  • Packed and dispatched from that fresh batch, not pulled off a shelf

Watch your own batch. Every pack carries a QR code. Scan it and you will see the video of the batch that became your atta, not a stock film and not a factory tour. That is what 100% freshness means to us, and it is the one thing we can only give you here.

Nutrition per 100g

  • Protein: 25g
  • Dietary fibre: 12.68g
  • Made from whole Sharbati wheat, soya and chana. No maida, no refined flour
  • Full analysis is published here: our lab reports

Contains wheat and soya. Also contains chana (chickpea). This is not a gluten-free atta.

What is inside and why

  • Sharbati wheat is the base. It gives the dough its stretch and the roti its soft, slightly sweet finish, so the blend still behaves like atta on the tawa
  • Soya is the main reason the protein number is where it is. It brings a complete protein profile, which most plant foods on their own do not
  • Chana (Bengal gram) carries much of the fibre and adds the nutty, dal-like depth that keeps the roti from tasting like a supplement

Three ingredients. That is the whole list.

Who it is for

  • Anyone training or lifting who would rather count protein in meals than in scoops
  • Home cooks who want the family's daily roti to do more, without running a separate health menu
  • Anyone adding fibre to their day through food rather than a sachet
  • Households moving off refined flour who want to know exactly what is in the bag

How to use it

  • Chapatis and phulkas for everyday use, one to one with your regular atta
  • Parathas hold stuffing well. Aloo, gobhi and paneer all work
  • Puris fry up firm and pick up less oil than a maida-cut atta
  • Theplas, rotlas and protein-rich breads where the chana note works especially well

One dough tip. Soya and chana drink more water than plain wheat. Add a little extra, knead slightly softer than you normally would, and rest the dough 15 to 20 minutes before rolling. That rest is the difference between a stiff roti and a soft one.

Pack sizes and which to pick

  • 1kg, ₹141.90. Start here. About two weeks of rotis for a small household, and enough to know if your family takes to the taste
  • 2kg, ₹283.81. The regular re-order for a family of three or four eating rotis daily
  • 5kg, ₹665.71. Best value per kg. Pick this once you know the blend suits you and you have cool, dry storage

Storage and shelf life

  • There are no preservatives in here, so treat it like fresh food rather than packet food
  • Move it into an airtight steel or glass container as soon as it arrives
  • Keep it cool and dry, away from the stove and out of direct sunlight
  • In humid coastal weather, or if you have bought the 5kg, refrigerate whatever you will not use in the next few weeks
  • Use it within the period printed on your pack. The milling date is printed there too, not just an expiry

Shipping and delivery

  • Free shipping above ₹299
  • Your atta is milled after your order is placed, so dispatch takes a little longer than a warehouse product. The window shows at checkout
  • Delivered across India, sealed, with the QR code on every pack

Why buy from 10on10 Foods

  • FSSAI licensed and ISO 22000:2018 certified
  • Lab-tested, and the reports are public rather than available on request: see them here
  • Guided by our nutritionist Dr. Anju
  • No maida, no additives, no bleaching and no anti-caking agents, in any of our attas
  • Milled fresh after you order, with QR video proof of your own batch

Frequently asked questions about High Protein Atta

How much protein is in this atta?

25g per 100g, alongside 12.68g of dietary fibre. The full lab analysis is published at our lab reports, and that is the figure to go by.

Is this gluten free?

No. It is made with wheat and it also contains soya. If you are avoiding gluten, look at our Jowar Atta, Ragi Atta or Bajra Atta instead.

Will the rotis be as soft as regular atta?

Yes, with one adjustment. Add a little more water than usual, knead the dough slightly softer, and rest it 15 to 20 minutes. The soya and chana need that time to absorb.

Is this atta good for an active lifestyle?

Yes. The wheat, soya and chana blend makes it a genuinely high-protein atta, and rotis from it hold up well as an everyday base alongside your usual dal and sabzi. It is a staple, not a supplement.

Can I use it every day?

Yes, it is a whole-grain atta blend meant for daily rotis. If you are managing a specific health condition or are pregnant, check with your doctor or dietitian before changing your daily staple.

How is this different from regular atta?

Two things. The blend, where soya and chana lift the protein and fibre well above plain wheat atta. And the milling, where we grind after your order rather than stocking it, and give you a QR code to watch your own batch.

How long will it stay fresh?

Go by the milling date printed on your pack. Because nothing is added to preserve it, store it airtight and cool, and refrigerate the 5kg pack if your kitchen runs humid.

Which pack size should I order first?

The 1kg. It is enough to see whether your family takes to the taste and texture before you commit to the 5kg.

Also available on Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart and FirstClub. Those packs are milled in advance and stocked ready to deliver. Milled-to-order packs, with QR video proof of your own batch, ship only from here.
