In a lot of kitchens the multigrain packet is bought with the best intentions, and then nobody can quite say what is inside it. Ours is eight grains, blended and stone-milled together after you place your order, and the full list is on the pack rather than hidden behind the word blend. If it is in the name, it is in the bag.

Milled fresh after you order

A blend is only as fresh as its most delicate grain, which is why we do not mill this one in advance.

  • Eight whole grains are cleaned, blended in fixed proportion, and stone-milled together on a traditional chakki
  • Milling them together rather than mixing eight ready-made flours is what keeps the roti consistent instead of patchy
  • The stones run slow and cool, so the bran and germ stay in rather than being scorched off
  • Nothing is added afterwards. No maida to soften it, no preservative, no anti-caking powder

Watch your own batch. Every pack carries a QR code. Scan it and you will see the video of the batch that became your atta.

Nutrition per 100g

  • Eight whole grains, each contributing something different rather than one grain carrying the blend
  • A source of dietary fibre and plant protein, higher than plain wheat atta on both counts
  • No maida, no refined flour, nothing added to bulk it out
  • Full analysis and the complete grain list are published here: our lab reports

Contains wheat and gluten. Please check the pack for the full ingredient and allergen list before buying if you have a specific allergy.

What makes a real multigrain different

  • The proportion is fixed and disclosed. Many multigrain attas are mostly wheat with a token spoon of everything else. Ours is on the pack so you can judge it yourself
  • Milled together, not mixed after. Blending pre-milled flours gives you a roti that behaves differently every time. Co-milling does not
  • More fibre than plain atta, which is the actual reason most people switch, and the reason the roti holds you longer
  • It still rolls like atta. The blend is built so the dough behaves, because a healthy roti nobody eats is not a healthy roti

Who it is for

  • Families who want more variety in the daily roti without cooking anything different
  • Anyone whose household will not accept a single-millet roti yet
  • People adding fibre through their staple rather than through supplements
  • Households with mixed tastes at the table, where one atta has to work for everyone

How to use it

  • Rotis and phulkas, one to one with your regular atta
  • Parathas, plain or stuffed, where the blend's texture works well
  • Theplas and rotlas
  • Everyday baking, in breads where you want more than wheat

One dough tip. A multigrain blend absorbs more water than plain wheat and it absorbs it more slowly. Add extra water, knead slightly softer, and rest the dough 15 to 20 minutes. That rest is what stops the roti cracking at the edges.

Pack sizes and which to pick

  • 1kg, ₹113.33. Start here to see how the family takes to it
  • 2kg, ₹226.67. The usual re-order for a small family
  • 5kg, ₹522.86. Best value per kg, once multigrain is your everyday atta

Storage and shelf life

  • A whole-grain blend keeps its natural oils, so it needs better storage than refined flour
  • Move it into an airtight steel or glass container as soon as it arrives
  • Keep it cool and dry, away from the stove and out of direct sunlight
  • In humid weather, or with the 5kg pack, refrigerate what you will not use in the next few weeks
  • Go by the milling date printed on your pack

Shipping and delivery

  • Free shipping above ₹299
  • Milled after your order is placed, so dispatch takes a little longer than a warehouse product
  • Delivered across India, sealed, with the QR code on every pack

Frequently asked questions about Multigrain Atta

Which eight grains are in it?

The complete list and proportions are printed on the pack and published with our lab reports. We do not hide it behind the word blend, because the proportion is the whole point of buying a multigrain atta.

Is multigrain atta better than whole wheat?

It is different rather than strictly better. Multigrain gives you more variety and generally more fibre than plain wheat. If you want the simplest honest staple, our 100% Whole Wheat Atta does that job.

Is it gluten free?

No, the blend contains wheat. For gluten-free options look at our Multi Millet Atta or Jowar Atta.

Will the rotis be soft?

Yes, with more water than you would use for plain atta and a 15 to 20 minute rest. The blend absorbs slowly and the rest is what does it.

Can children eat this every day?

Yes, it is an everyday atta. If your child has a specific allergy, check the ingredient list on the pack first.

Do you sell a 10kg pack?

Not at the moment. The largest is the 5kg. If you go through more than that, order multiples and store the extra airtight and cool, or write to us and tell us, because we do read it.
